Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

What exactly am I buying?

A written guide in PDF form, published under the Quill Labs imprint. Each product page states the subject and the approximate length before you pay. Nothing is posted; nothing is shipped.

How does the instant download work?

Three steps, no account needed. One: pick a title and pay. Two: within seconds a link lands in the email address you typed at checkout. Three: open the link and the PDF is yours — on your phone, your laptop, or printed on paper. The link does not expire, and if it ever fails we reissue it free.

Is this financial advice?

No. Our guides are educational reading. They explain how something generally works — how credit scoring is structured, how a budget is built, what a tax return asks for. They do not know your income, your debts, your household or your jurisdiction, and they are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Ramos Digital Ltd is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Before acting on anything you read, speak to a qualified professional who knows your situation.

Do I need an account?

No. Checkout takes an email address and a payment method. That is all.

Can I read it on my phone?

Yes. The files are ordinary PDFs and open in any reader, on any device, offline, forever.

Why are some titles more expensive than others?

Length and depth. A seven-day reset is shorter than a complete library, and priced accordingly.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, in the cases set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy — a file that will not open, a duplicate charge, a link that never arrived, or the wrong title bought and not opened. Write to contact@horizonquill.click with your order number and one line about what happened.

How do I reach a human?

Email contact@horizonquill.click, or call +44 20 7946 0518 between 9:00 and 18:00 GMT, Monday to Friday. We answer email within one working day.
