Terms of service

Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 October 2026

These terms govern your use of horizonquill.click and your purchase of any publication sold through it. Completing an order means you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not order.

1. Who you are dealing with

The store trades as Horizon Quill and publishes under the Quill Labs imprint. It is operated by Jalsniel Whitehse, a sole trader registered in the United Kingdom, trading from 4 St. Mary's Dr, Peterborough PE2 5HG. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean that person.

2. What we sell

We sell written guides in PDF form. Each product page states the title, the subject and the approximate length. Nothing on this site is a physical product, a subscription, a course, a membership, or a service performed for you.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. By ordering you confirm that the payment method is yours or that you are authorised to use it.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your region and include any tax we are required to charge. Payment is taken in full at checkout by our payment processor; we never see or store your card number. An order is accepted when payment clears, not when you press the button.

5. Delivery

Delivery is electronic and immediate. A download link is issued to the email address entered at checkout, usually within seconds. The link remains valid; if it expires or fails, write to us and we will reissue it at no charge.

6. Licence to use what you bought

You may read the file, print it for your own use, and keep it for as long as you like, on as many of your own devices as you like. You may not resell it, republish it, post it publicly, distribute it to a mailing list, or present any part of it as your own work. Copyright in every title remains with the publisher.

7. Educational content only

Our guides describe how things generally work. They are educational reading. They do not take account of your income, debts, household, tax position, jurisdiction or goals, and they are not financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and we do not give personal recommendations. Before acting on anything you read here, take advice from a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.

8. Accuracy

We take care to keep the guides current, but rules, rates and thresholds change. We do not warrant that every figure or reference is accurate at the moment you read it.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for lost profit, lost savings, or any loss that was not a foreseeable result of our breach.

10. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, probe or overload the site, scrape it at volume, or use it to distribute unlawful material. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe this clause has been breached.

12. Changes

We may revise these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order; revising them does not change an order already placed.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory law of their own country of residence, and may bring proceedings in their local courts where the law allows.
