Delivery Policy

Nothing in this store is posted, couriered or packed. Every title is a PDF, and every PDF is delivered by email the moment the payment clears. This policy sets out exactly how that works and what happens when it does not.

1. Delivery method

After payment, a download link is sent to the email address you typed at checkout. It normally arrives within a few seconds and almost always within five minutes. The link also appears on the order confirmation screen, so you can download the file without leaving the browser.

2. Delivery cost

There is none. No shipping fee, no handling fee, no surcharge for any country. The price on the product page is the price you pay, plus any tax your jurisdiction requires, which is shown before you confirm.

3. Where we deliver

Everywhere. A PDF has no border and no customs form. Buyers in the United Kingdom, the United States, the European Union and the rest of the world all receive the same file in the same way, at the same moment.

4. What you need

Any device that opens a PDF: a phone, a tablet, a laptop, a desktop, or an e-reader. No app to install, no account to create, no password to remember. Once the file is on your device it is yours offline and forever.

5. If the email does not arrive

Check the spam, promotions and junk folders first, searching for "Horizon Quill". If it is not there, write to contact@horizonquill.click with the order number or the email address you used. We reissue the link by hand, free, usually within the hour during support hours and always within one working day.

6. If you mistyped your email

Tell us. We will verify the order against the payment and send the file to the corrected address. We do not charge for this and we do not need you to buy again.

7. Link expiry and re-downloads

Download links do not expire on a timer. If one stops working because you changed device, cleared a browser, or lost the email, ask us and we will issue a fresh one for as long as the store exists.

8. Failed or incomplete downloads

A download interrupted by a dropped connection can leave a file that will not open. Delete it and use the link again. If it still fails, tell us which title and which device, and we will send the file directly as an attachment.

9. No physical goods

We do not produce printed copies and we cannot post one. You are welcome to print any guide you buy for your own use.
